Welcome to Ol Brand! These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our services and digital products. By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

1. General Information

2. Services and Products

2.a. Photography Services

  • All photoshoot sessions must be booked and confirmed in advance.

  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable but can be rescheduled with at least 2 days notice.

  • Final payment is due on or before the day of the session.

  • Edited photos will be delivered within 2 weeks after the photoshoot. Additional fees may apply for expedited delivery or extra revisions.

2.b. Digital Products

  • Digital products, including workbooks and eGift Cards, are non-refundable once purchased.

  • eGift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be redeemed for personal photography services only.

3. Booking and Cancellation Policy

  • Photoshoot bookings require a minimum of 14 days advance notice.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 2 days before the booked date. Failure to provide notice may result in the loss of your deposit.

  • Ol Brand reserves the right to reschedule or cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or weather conditions, with reasonable notice provided.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices listed on our website are in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Payment methods include IBAN transfer, credit/debit cards.

5. Digital Product Delivery

  • Digital products will be delivered via email or made available for download immediately after purchase.

  • Ensure your email address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information.

6. Refunds, Returns, and Right of Withdrawal

6.a. Services

  • Refunds for photography services are not provided except in cases of cancellation by Ol Brand.

6.b. Digital Products

  • Due to the nature of digital products, refunds or exchanges are not available after purchase.

6.c. eGift Cards

  • eGift Cards are non-refundable and non-returnable. They are transferable and must be redeemed within 12 months of purchase.

6.d. Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)

  • Under EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. However, this does not apply to digital products once they are downloaded or accessed. By purchasing a digital product, you waive your right to withdrawal for instant delivery.

7. Privacy and GDPR Compliance

  • Ol Brand collects and processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

  • Data collected includes your name, contact details, and payment information, which are used solely for order fulfillment and communication purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including photos, text, and digital products, is the intellectual property of Ol Brand unless otherwise noted.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

9. Ownership and Usage Rights

  • Photographer’s Ownership: All photographs taken during the photoshoot are the intellectual property of Ol Brand and remain the sole property of the photographer.

  • Client Usage Rights: Clients are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the delivered photographs for personal branding and promotional purposes.

  • Restrictions: The photographs may not be resold, altered, or used for commercial purposes outside the scope of photography project without prior written consent from Ol Brand.

  • Photographer’s Rights: Ol Brand reserves the right to use the photographs for portfolio, website, social media, or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Ol Brand is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.

11. Force Majeure

  • Ol Brand is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to illness, severe weather, or government restrictions.

12. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes related to the purchase or use of this eGift Card will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.

  • Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.

  • Ol Brand reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
